Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer and many are made to order.
Shipping date & Processing time
USA Shipments – Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship items within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 10-25 business days due to stock status and as some items are custom made to order and require additional time. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. During the holiday season, processing time can take up to 10 days.
Shipping rates
Flat Rate Shipping cost of $5 per order*
FREE USA SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50*
In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $5* for most orders. Please refer to the following shipping table to determine the cost to ship your item. Please note that heavier items (ie: carriers, blankets, beds, furniture, bowls/feeders, etc.) may incur an additional cost and are not included in the free shipping rate. The rate will be shown at check out or on the item detail page. *Shipping costs are calculated AFTER all discounts have been applied to your cart at check out.
Other Fees – Additional Custom Fees, Import Taxes, and other fees may be charged by your government (shipping destination’s government) and will be billed to you separately.
Carriers Used
Shoppy.dog typically uses USPS, but not limited to Fedex, UPS and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped partially or in full you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. We do not email out tracking numbers for security reasons but you can log into your account and view all tracking and track your package thru our website if tracking is indicated. Some packages tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered.
Shoppy.dog is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
With the rise of package theft during the holidays, we strongly advise you choose your shipping address carefully. If you are concerned about package theft, please understand all of your shipping options to help minimize theft. Here are some tips we have found to be helpful:
- Ship to your work address
- Ship to a neighbor’s address that you trust and will be home at the time of delivery.
- Ask us to request your shipment be signed for someone at your address.

Order Tracking
Once we process your order and ship out your order, we will send an order confirmation email to you with your common carrier shipment or order tracking number which provides the status of your shipment and estimated date and time of delivery. Items may arrive earlier than indicated. If the shipment has not arrived after the indicated delivery date, please contact the common carrier with your shipment or order tracking number to obtain delivery status on your order.
*Larger items, such as carriers, beds, blankets, cuddle cups, etc. do not qualify.
Most bowls and or treats/cakes do not qualify due to special packaging to ensure a safe shipment.
